Gambling Manager:
Douglas Area Trail Association is looking for a Gambling Manager to manage its charitable gambling function at one location. Responsibilities include overseeing gambling activities at the site, training new gambling employees, scheduling gambling employees, completing accounting requirements in the CGMadeEasy software, filing monthly tax reports through the software, interviewing and hiring gambling employees, along with all other charitable gambling functions. Approximately 10 hours per week. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of integrity and have a background in accounting or previous charitable gambling experience.

Gambling Assistant:
Douglas Area Trails Association is in need of a gambling assistant to help with the daily tasks required for the Charitable Gambling organization. Daily tasks include checking and changing boxes and daily accounting tasks as well as completing auditing tasks. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of integrity and have a background in accounting or previous charitable gambling experience. Work schedule is approximately two hours per day or 10 to 15 hours per week with a rotating weekend schedule. Must be able to work well with other members of the team.
