Gambling Assistant (immediate need)
Job Description: The Gambling Assistant assists with the day-to-day operations of the Douglas Area Trails Association Charitable Gambling operations. Candidates must possess a high level of integrity. Responsibilities include assisting the Charitable Gambling Manager with checking and changing pull tab boxes at the gambling location, ensuring starting funds are available prior to opening of business each day, auditing played pull tab boxes, and be available to working weekends on a rotating schedule. Work must be complete prior to opening of business each day with the exception of auditing of the boxes. Estimated ten to fifteen hours per week.
Seasonal Trail Workers:
Job Description: Clearing, mowing, signing and grooming of DATA trails as well as maintenance of equipment. The list of equipment used includes (but is not exclusive to) chain saw, ATV, snowmobile, groomer, tractor, mowers.
Hours are flexible, depending on the weather and snow conditions, Monday through Friday with nighttime grooming possible as directed by the Trail Administrator and Board of Directors.
